50cc gas scooters available in california?
i want to buy a 50cc gas scooters in california. i was thinking of getting x-treme xg 550, but it seems like it is not C.A.R.D certified.
is there any scooters that are less than $500 and this xg550 looking scooters??
and what happens if i ride on a x-treme xg550 [...]
